On Saturday my good friend Lisa, who I have been friends with since we were in grade 2, married a man who adores her completely. It was a small wedding in a sweet little chapel full of people who were thrilled to see these 2 people finally find the happiness they deserve. Lisa is now a step mom to 3 great kids.
- Lisa the bride, with myself, another Lisa from our childhood, our good friend Pam, and Lisa's new step-daughters.
- On Sunday Mark went to Pam's daughter Jessica's 10th birthday party. Pam took this picture of Mark all wrapped up in toilet paper for a game they were playing. We gave Jess a gift card to Claire's because she loves jewellery and she picked out a sparkly silver movie star purse!!
- We were finally home a weekend for Mark to have a birthday party with his friends. We took some of his friend's to see Mr. Bean's Vacation. They all thought it was hysterical, especially Jade!
- Mark's friends were teasing him because he had 4 candles left lit when he blew them out so they were trying to figure out who his 4 girlfriends are! He's got a funny face because he's laughing.

Two birthday parties, and a wedding ... you have been very busy - but having so much fun! Your friend looked beautiful (an so did you). I love how you and your family embrace life ... such an inspiration!
