We received our referral for Jade! Can you believe it was 5 years ago??? I will never forget the day that Children's Bridge called and told us all about our daughter. I also will never forget the wait...until after 5:00 pm for the UPS truck to come with the package containing all the information on our daughter.
Here she is (on the left) in the arms of her caretaker...before she was given to us, but we knew she was ours and snapped this picture of her. All the babies from that orphanage came with the same pink jackets. Look at her checking everything out!!
Look at Jade's sweet little face! Her cheeks were so chubby! But look how perfect she is. Love at first sight! We were, and still are, the luckiest parents alive!
